Sometimes, there are cases where the stress is intense that you can't relax or you look at the photographer with dread.
When your picture arrives in mail, parents aren't happy and demand a retake while the first bad one is stuck in the yearbook. Ah, better luck next year.

haha that's pretty frickin hilarious! Love it. I was always wondering, "How in the heck is this going to look natural?!" Because the photographer always instructed to sit with legs off to the side, but body and face to the camera, with back very straight and chin up. I was just so uncomfortable since that was so unnatural for me. "Can't I just slouch and bite my nails? That is natural for me!"
